It’s crazy how much of an effect the weather has on creativity. Humans, like most surface dwelling organisms on this planet, require the energy of the sun to operate. This afternoon I spent an hour drawing in the park across the street from my apartment. It was quite easy to draw with the sun beaming down on me. I feel energized, like a Las Vegas solar panel. I’ve been spending so much time in the glow of the computer monitor lately. I’m very thankful for the sun right now.
