I’ve taken to drawing modern furniture. There’s something immediately pleasing about the shapes and angles. It’s fun to juxtapose different pieces on top of one another. During the day I create a lot of spatial renderings, so this is good practice. Of course it’s always been a dream of mine to design my own home with custom furniture in it. While that dream may be somewhat unattainable, I can always execute my dreams on paper. If you can’t have it, draw it.
